Korede Bello speaks on the controversy surrounding his hit song "Godwin", also shares his top 10 songs on Urban96

Korede Bello, Mavins Star Boy dropped by Urban96 FM to share his top 10 favorite music right now and in no particular order. The singer talked about the controversy surrounding his hit song "Godwin" getting played in the church based on the argument that it's not particularly a Gospel song. In his words: "I don't have any defense for it. The song is not mine. It’s God's song.”

He also hinted at a possible international collaboration. He, however, did not reveal any details to that effect. Some of the singer's favorite tunes include Jidenna's “A little bit more,” “Bad,” by Tiwa Savage featuring Wizkid. And lastly “Korede” by Gospel Minister Mike Abdul, who revealed that the song “Godwin” by Korede Bello inspired his album title "Korede".

The "Romantic" singer described the love he has for label mate Tiwa Savage, saying she is beautiful inside and out. Everyone seems to be seeing Tiwa in that light. For a close person to also see her as such, then she is actually beautiful inside out. But let it not be that Korede is crushing on her oh. Lol.
